We will
custom design your products for you saving your business time and
money. If you choose to place an order with an upload(s), there is
a one-time fee per uploaded image. You may re-order the exact
product at any time using the exact same size image(s) and text for
successive orders, with uploading or PDF fee.
Please attach a message with your order "to use the exact .jpg
images as in your prior order" and specify using the order number
of the items(s). A maximum of 3 images are permitted for
uploading at no more than 5 MB per (.jpg) image. We reserve the
exclusive right to scale image(s) as deemed necessary by the
graphics team. Special
orders include Metallic Ink is available for a
$49.99 Set-up Fee) at $45.00 per Color,
per 500 count, a document (PDF) proofis
available for only $14.99. You can send via

Paper Specifications:
We offer 28 lb. to 100 lb. with various textures and colors
available upon request. Additional fee(s) will apply. E-mail for a
quote. Document Cut Size(s):
Matte bi-fold formats are available in 2 sizes: 8.5"X11", 216 mm X
279 mm, 21.6 cm X 27.9 cm, or 5.5" X 8.5", 14 cm X 22.5 cm. 2, 4,
or full-color printing, on both sides, included. Glossy finish is
available for an additional fee. Resolution:
Your (.jpg) images and designs should be saved to 300 dpi at 100%
of the dimensions. A designer may alter the resolution, at which,
they will print to ensure high quality printing results. Color:
LeVonne de Spa uses the industry standard CMYK
4-color process printing.

- Provide the inside
text and .jpg image content, or we can create it for you.
- Upon request a .PDF
draft of your product will be sent via e-mail for $14.99 or mailed
to your billing address. Uploaded logo(s) or image(s) are $9.99.
(Once we receive a hard copy or .jpg image(s) of your logo(s) or
graphic(s) and/or request PDF copy via e-mail or U.S. Mail, we will
send a reciept and/or PDF proof of your chosen product(s) to the
e-mail or mailing address from which the request was sent. The
payment of 14.99 or $9.99 may be made at the "On-line Payment Ctr."
or via the U.S. Mail system. After recieving your information and
your verbal confirmation to print product(s), we begin processing
your order.
Payment is accepted in form of business check(s), certified
check(s) or you can pay at our 'On-line Payment Center. Business
checks must clear our bank prior to shipment of products. If
express service is necessary, please make your payment at
our"On-line Payment Center. Please remember that customer work
requiring a .PDF proof or uploading a log/image(s) will slow the
processing procedure. - Choose your method of
payment.
- Your invoice will be
supplied for you records. For normal delivery allow 2-6 weeks for
delivery from the date of order payment.
